Shipping within Europe is free for orders without tracking up to 0.5 Kg. For orders over 0.5 Kg and / or where the customer has chosen tracking, the following prices apply:

Most items will arrive within 2-6 weeks. If you order to Scandinavia, it may take longer if the package is stopped at customs. This is completely out of our control. It’s entirely up to customs if they choose to clear your package. You will receive notification of customs clearance, where you must refer to your order confirmation before they charge you VAT + fee.
Change of delivery address
Your processed purchases will be sent to the shipping address you provided at check-out. Changes in shipping address must be made within 12 hours after the order was made.
If you do not receive order details
It happens that our customers have accidentally entered an incorrect email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a completion message and a shipping message if tracking is available. If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange it for you.
Have you made a mistake and want to cancel your order? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours to prevent the order from being processed and shipped.
Complaints and returns
When you receive the order to the specified address, you must review the contents of the package. Should one or more products be missing, the customer will only have a period of 24 hours from receipt to report this via email email@example.com. After 24 hours, it will be understood that the order was received correctly and completely. Any claim related to missing goods after this period will be rejected.
In the event that the product arrives damaged or in a poor condition and the reasons cannot be attributed to the customer, he or she will have the right to return the defective product. The customer must then inform Mels by Melissa within 48 hours of receiving the order about the reason for the return by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer may be asked to send pictures of the current product. Mels by Melissa undertakes to bear the cost of return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of sale.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, you can either request a refund and return the item, or replace it with the correct one.
Generally speaking, return and handling costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility. However, depending on the type of item(s), we may refund part of the original shipping cost.
Under no circumstances can Mels by Melissa be held responsible for the misuse or incorrect use of the products distributed by us.
